Tommy Fury is feeling no pressure on himself ahead of his highly anticipated throwdown against Jake Paul, and the younger half-brother of Tyson Fury recently suggested that he's quite comfortable in the shadow of the world heavyweight champion.

'The Problem Child' and 'TNT' are set to face off in the boxing ring on February 26 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is the third attempt at matching up the long-time rivals in a boxing match after the previous two bookings failed to materialize.

With both fighters unbeaten in their pro-boxing records, the subject of which one of the two has more to lose in the outcome of this bout has been debated among fans. While many have suggested that Tommy Fury is under pressure to live up to the 'Fury' boxing legacy, the 23-year-old recently rubbished those claims.

In an interview with Josh Denzel on BT Sport Boxing, Fury was asked about the same, and 'TNT' stated:

"There's no pressure on me. There never has been, while I've been boxing... What about the pressure? What about the last name? Hold on a minute. I'm not Tyson. I'll never be Tyson. Tyson comes along every hundred years... I'm just trying to be the best version of myself."

Tommy Fury is not worried about Jake Paul trash-talking him

Tommy Fury and Jake Paul are finally set to go head-to-head against each other in the squared ring on February 26, and it seems the 23-year-old is not daunted by his adversary's penchant for talking smack.

After their first December 2021 date was canceled due to Fury breaking a rib, and the second date for August 2022 was scrapped due to the 23-year-old being denied entry to the USA, the two long-time rivals had no lack of ammunition to shoot verbal shots at each other leading up to the fight.

Nevertheless, the two undefeated boxers are gearing up for a showdown in Saudi Arabia, and the younger half-brother of Tyson Fury recently claimed that he is not bothered by Paul's brash confidence or his reckless trash-talking.

In an appearance on the Disrupters Podcast, Tommy Fury claimed that he views the fight with Jake Paul as a business opportunity and stated:

"He doesn't get underneath my skin like that. He can't get underneath my skin because I know what he's doing. He's a whizz on social media, he's made a living off being an idiot, arrogant and calling people out. It is what it is but he can't get underneath my skin."
