Liam Harrison doesn't look back at his career with regrets after everything he has been able to accomplish. Even before he signed with ONE Championship, the striking veteran would have left behind a stellar legacy.

However, under the ONE banner, he has had the chance to showcase his skills on a global platform with some classic fights that have defined the later stages of his career.

That all came to a head this past weekend at ONE 168 where after coming up short in a firefight with a fellow legend of the game in Seksan Or Kwanmuang, he laid his gloves down in the middle of the Circle before heading to the back.

In his post-fight press conference after announcing that this will be his last competitive fight in Muay Thai, 'Hitman' reflected on his run in ONE Championship and how it has been defined by his unbreakable will:

"It is what it is, I'm so grateful that I just [got] the chance. Even though I didn't win tonight, just the chance to have the craziest fights, the Muangthai fight, the Rodlek fight, and this fight tonight. Even though I didn't win, the thing I still got in abundance, I still have my heart."

Liam Harrison went out on his shield

For a legendary fan-favorite fighter like Liam Harrison, retiring via social media was never going to be an option.

He had pushed to face Seksan because, throughout his career, the Brit has faced many of the legends of his era aside from 'The Man Who Yields To No One'.

Harrison didn't win, but he did deliver one more vintage display of heart and toughness, continuing to fire back at his opponent when he was clearly compromised.

It was a fitting way for him to close out what has been an unforgettable run in ONE Championship.
