Former ONE middleweight and light heavyweight MMA world champion 'The Burmese Python' Aung La N Sang of Myanmar can't wait to hit up the 'Mile High City' for his next appearance in the ONE Championship Circle.
And the 39-year-old veteran says the thin air in Colorado elevation gets him excited. Speaking to Cageside Press in a recent interview, Aung La N Sang talked about heading to Denver again for his next fight.
'The Burmese Python' said:
"Elevation...elevation. I want to feel that thin air, I want to suck in that air where until your lungs can't breathe. I wanna feel that again. We know it's going to be a fun fight. He's gonna bring it."
Aung La N Sang was in Denver for his most recent fight, a second-round submission win over China's Fan Rong at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video in May 2023.
That fight took place at the 1stBank Arena, and thousands of Aung La's Burmese fans flew in to attend the event. Aung La drew noticeably some of the loudest cheers in the stadium.
Now, 'The Burmese Python' expects his fans to come back out in droves to support him in his next outing.
