Win or lose, world title or no world title, Alexis Nicolas will always try to put on a show.

Following a sensational performance against Regian Eersel in April to claim the ONE lightweight kickboxing world championship, 'Barboza' returns to the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok set to defend his title for the first time against the same man he took it from.

Nicolas vs. Eersel 2 will headline ONE Championship's loaded ONE Fight Night 25 card on Amazon Prime Video this Friday, October 4.

Looking ahead, Alexis Nicolas plans on becoming a big star—not just in ONE Championship, but in his home country. But whether or not he wins or loses, the Paris native will always give 110% inside the Circle and deliver a memorable moment for fight fans.

"I want to become a superstar in France, in ONE Championship. I want to become a superstar in ONE Championship. I want to do some more. I just want to fight. The belt is good, but no matter if I lose the belt, I will still continue putting on shows."

Alexis Nicolas will try to execute another perfect game plan against Regian Eersel

Going into his first meeting with Regian Eersel at ONE Fight Night 21, Alexis Nicolas was a sizeable underdog—understandable considering that up to that point, 'The Immortal' had amassed a 22-fight win streak that spanned an incredible eight years.

Looking back on his stunning upset, Nicolas, who also boasts an impressive 24-0 record, felt like he executed his game plan perfectly.

"When I fought him for the first time, what I felt, you know, for the first fight I had a big preparation and I was ready," Nicolas added. "My game plan was perfect. So I was focused, I was sure, I understood I could beat him. I was trusted in myself, my team, and my training camp, so focused. I was very confident."

He'll look to deliver a repeat performance this Friday night and leave the Mecca of Muay Thai with both his ONE world title and his 'O' intact.

ONE Fight Night 25 will air live via Amazon Prime Video in the United States and Canada on Friday, October 4 in U.S. primetime.
