Former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker of Brazil has no plans of changing his strategy heading into his next appearance in ONE Championship, despite it being Muay Thai.
Lineker is set to make his debut in 'The Art of Eight Limbs' for the world's largest martial arts organization against Asa Ten Pow next weekend, and 'Hands of Stone' says he will keep things standard. He plans on going for the knockout, as always.
Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Lineker shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight with Ten Pow.
'Hands of Stone' said:
"I always look for the knockout, and it certainly won’t be any different this time. I’m going to look for the knockout all the time, round by round, and I hope I can do it."
'Hands of Stone' John Lineker is set to lock horns with 'The American Ninja' Asa Ten Pow in a three-round bantamweight Muay Thai contest.
The two do battle at ONE 168: Denver, which broadcasts live from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado on Friday, Sept. 6.
Fans in the United States and Canada can catch all the action live and absolutely free on Amazon Prime Video. Limited tickets are still available via Ticketmaster.

'Hands of Stone' John Lineker believes speed may be a factor when he meets 'The American Ninja' Asa Ten Pow at the Ball Arena at ONE 168: Denver next weekend.
