Jake Paul is approaching arguably the most difficult fight of his short boxing career when he comes up against Tommy Fury. But he still had time to make some jokes after Drake placed a huge $400,000 bet on him to win.

'The Problem Child' is making his seventh walk to the ring later tonight where he finally has the chance to silence some doubters who are urging him to 'fight a real boxer'. Tyson Fury's younger brother has been around the sport all of his life, and the 23-year-old is hoping to make short work of the online influencer.

After hearing the news of Drake's significant bet, "The Problem Child" labeled it "easy work" and stated that the musician could pay for a vacation for the two with his potential prize winnings.

"Oh, wow. Wow, by KO? Knock, knock. Who's there? It's me! Drizzy, I got you, bro. Easy work. After, we gotta go to Turks and Caicos. Vacation on you for all that money you're about to win... Let's go, that's crazy."

The Canadian is an avid combat sports fan and will now have a keen eye on Jake's clash to witness whether he manages to come away with a healthy profit following the event.

The bout between the two boxing prospects is scheduled to commence later on tonight, with the ring walk and subsequent matchup likely to get underway within the next couple of hours.

Drake's bet: Is Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury the first time that the musician has placed money on combat sports?

For a couple of years now, 'The Drake Curse' has been in full effect—which saw whoever he placed a bet on, lose—though his results have seemingly been in his favor in more recent times.

Most famously, Drake put an absurd amount of money on both Paddy Pimblett and Molly McCann to walk away with the victory at UFC London last year, which reportedly earned the rapper a massive $3.7 million payout.

Although he has had some success in betting, his "jinx" is still thought to be alive and well, meaning Jake Paul fans may have some worrying to do as his Tommy Fury fight approaches.
