Bantamweight Fabricio Andrade is never lacking in confidence, and Jeremy Pacatiw believes it is evident as 'Wonder Boy' prepares to face John Lineker once more.
Andrade appeared to be possibly just seconds away from finishing Lineker in their first meeting. Now, he promises to get the job done in the rematch, set for February 24.
With that in mind, Jeremy Pacatiw believes the rising star doesn't see Lineker as much of a threat. 'The Juggernaut' stated in an interview with The MMA Superfan:
"He’s really boosted for this fight, because maybe he knows that he rightfully deserved to get the win in the first match but it just ended with a low blow. Fabricio probably knows that, ‘This is nothing for me, even if we go into a rematch.’"

Jeremy Pacatiw says John Lineker must bolster his striking defense to defeat Fabricio Andrade
If one thing was evident in their first meeting, it was that Fabricio Andrade had a clear speed and length advantage. Lineker is an incredibly dangerous striker in his own right, but Jeremy Pacatiw says he must defend better in the rematch.
He said:
“Yeah, Andrade’s striking is really different. We saw how Lineker’s eyes were practically closed. Maybe if Lineker uses better footwork or head movement, then he could put on a better performance and avoid getting hit because he just absorbed those shots.”
Lineker has immense power in his hands and he has the capability to wrestle when he deems necessary. Meanwhile, Andrade is lightning fast and precise on the feet.
With that, Pacatiw believes Lineker's path to victory comes on the ground:
"Maybe he has to utilize his head movement and footwork because I don’t think they spent that much time on the ground. Maybe Lineker should try taking Andrade down and punish him on the ground, use some ground-and-pound. Lineker had success with that in the first fight."
Make sure to tune in to ONE Fight Night 7 on February 24 to watch John Lineker rematch Fabricio Andrade for the vacant bantamweight world title, live from the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The entire event is live and free to watch for North American audiences with an active Prime subscription.
