Stephen Loman has the biggest fight of his combat sports career less than two weeks away. ‘The Sniper’ will take on bona fide ONE Championship legend and 11-time bantamweight world champion, Bibiano Fernandes.

Sitting in the No.5 spot in the bantamweight rankings, Loman could push to the front of the line for a world title opportunity with a win over the former world titleholder on November 18 at ONE on Prime Video 4.

ONE on Prime Video 4 broadcasts live on US primetime and is free to watch with a Prime Video subscription.

Having fought Fernandes on four separate occasions, former bantamweight world champion and Loman's teammate, Kevin Belingon, shared his thoughts on the matchup and Stephen Loman’s chances of winning during a conversation with ONE Championship.

“I have had four experiences against Bibiano Fernandes. I know him well. And all I can say is that Stephen Loman has as good a chance as anybody to beat him. He has the skills necessary to beat him. I think he’s the better fighter.”

In four meetings with Fernandes under the ONE Championship banner, Belingon is 1-2-1 against ‘The Flash’. The two warriors first threw hands in January 2018 with Fernandes scoring a first-round submission. Nearly a year later, Belingon would even the series at one apiece with a split-decision win over Fernandes - the Brazilian's first loss in the promotion.

With their trilogy bout ending in a disqualification for Belingon, the two locked up for an unprecedented fourth time. Fernandes once again earned a submission victory, settling the rivalry once and for all.

Stephen Loman is focused solely on Bibiano Fernandes heading into ONE on Prime Video 4

With the toughest challenge of his career just days away, Stephen Loman is focused on scoring a massive win over former bantamweight king Bibiano Fernandes on November 18.

"I am focused on nothing but Bibiano Fernandes right now. I believe this will be the toughest test of my career. I’ve had a good training camp, and I’m ready."

The Team Lakay standout is currently undefeated inside the circle with back-to-back wins over Yusup Saadulaev and Shoko Saito. As for Bibiano Fernandes, the Brazilian icon will look to avoid losing back-to-back fights for the first time in his career with ONE Championship. ‘The Flash’ is coming off a brutal knockout against John ‘Hands of Stone’ Lineker at ONE: Lights Out in March.

Prior to that defeat, his only other loss inside the circle came against Kevin Belingon in the aforementioned split decision at ONE: Heart of the Lion.
