While Francis Ngannou is probably being courted by a lot of promotions, BKFC is now losing interest in the race to acquire the former UFC champ.Ngannou has been a free agent since exiting the UFC earlier this year after yearlong contract negotiations which bore no results. While 'The Predator' left the UFC angling for a boxing match against Tyson Fury, he subsequently claimed to be in talks with Deontay Wilder for a clash in Africa. In a recent appearance on The MMA Hour, Ngannou also claimed to be close to signing with the PFL and ONE FC. While the former UFC champion appears to have a lot of options at hand, BKFC is seemingly not one of them.According to BKFC head honcho Dave Feldman, Ngannou's 'unrealistic' salary expectations are coming in the way of signing a deal. Feldman also believes that 'The Predator' needs to decide quickly on his future as he loses more value the longer he remains active. Feldman said during a media scrum at BKFC 41:“Francis Ngannou, he’s someone that we’ve certainly reached out to. We’ve talked to him, we’ve talked to his team. At this point, we just feel like he’s asking for unrealistic money and we’re not willing to pay that kind of money for him.”Fans believe Francis Ngannou will regret his UFC exit as BKFC deal appears unlikelyFrancis Ngannou left the UFC after failing to come to an agreement on a variety of subjects like fighter pay, healthcare, sponsorship, etc. While Ngannou's idealistic choice makes for a great story, it may not have been the best one. Many fans seemingly believe that 'The Predator' will regret his decision to part ways with the UFC as he gradually sinks into anonymity.Check out some comments below:"I used to get buried for saying Francis will regret burning bridges with the UFC. His ppv buys showed otherwise. He thought he actually carried any leverage. His yes men probably told him he could make Conor $$. Dana will be receiving a call from him soon.39@MMAFighting Francis got it in his head that he was this huge draw. His ppv buys showed otherwise. He thought he actually carried any leverage.
