Knockout artist Roberto Soldic is taking his next opponent inside the circle very seriously.

On May 5, Soldic will look to score his first win under the ONE Championship banner, but that will be much easier said than done as he finds himself matched up against prolific finisher and former ONE world champion, Zebaztian Kadestam. In an interview with MMA Sucka, ‘Robocop’ discussed his mindset going into the ONE Fight Night 10 showdown, saying:

“I’m focused really on this guy [Zebaztian Kadestam] because he’s a good challenge. He’s a former ONE welterweight world champion.”

Zebaztian Kadestam will go into the bout on a two-fight win streak with both victories coming via first-round knockouts against Valmir Da Silva and the late Iuri Lapicus. In six career bouts under the ONE Championship banner, ‘The Bandit’ has an impressive 100% finish rate with all of them coming by way of knockout.

Not to be outdone, Roberto Soldic has carved out a reputation as one of the most exciting fighters to watch in all of mixed martial arts. Earning 20 career wins in his combat sports career, ‘Robocop’ has an incredible 17 victories via knockout. It goes without saying that when Soldic is in the circle, blinking is not advised.

Roberto Soldic ready to make his U.S. debut at ONE Fight Night 10

Roberto Soldic has established himself as one of the most exciting fighters in Europe. Unfortunately, North American fans have not had the opportunity to witness ‘Robocop’ compete live. That all changes on May 5 when he heads to the United States for the very first time as part of the promotion’s highly anticipated debut:

“This is a motivation for me because I came from a small village in Bosnia, and now I’m fighting on the world stage in the USA...This is a really big thing for my people, my country, and me. I fought everywhere in Europe. And now, it’s time to go deeper and go to a different world, like the USA and Asia.”

Roberto Soldic will share the world’s biggest combat sports stage with the industry's biggest names at ONE Fight Night 10, including ONE world championship Demetrious Johnson, Rodtang Jitmuangnon, and Mikey Musumeci. Also making the trip to the mainland are fan favorites Stamp Fairtex, Sage Northcutt, and Aung La N Sang, making ONE’s U.S. debut a can’t-miss event.

Amazon Prime Video subscribers can catch all the action live and for free on May 5 in U.S. primetime.
