ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon is bound to face ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 at ONE Fight Night 8. The bout will be his first-ever attempt at becoming a two-sport world champion in the organization.

With nearly 500 pro bouts between Rodtang and Superlek, this battle between two modern-day Muay Thai icons will be the stuff of legends.

Superlek is known for his nickname, 'The Kicking Machine'. Being a man with that monicker in a sport that pushes its athletes to kick thousands and thousands of times says a lot about Superlek. He is undoubtedly a supreme kicker amongst supreme kickers.

Rodtang, in turn, is known as 'The Iron Man' for his ferocious, forward-moving style and ability to take heavy blows. He pretty much steamrolls his foes and would use not just his kicks but all of his weapons to get the win. Still, the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion is no slouch when it comes to kicking.

In a video released by ONE Championship, we got to see the thunderous kicks of 'The Iron man' as he hit pads with Trainer Gae in the gym:

"Does Rodtang Jitmuangnon have what it takes to dethrone flyweight kickboxing king Superlek Kiatmoo9 on March 24 at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video? 👑 @rodtang_jimungnon @trainer_gae"

Superlek certainly wouldn't want to get hit by those shins on any part of his body. We can imagine how anyone would keel over once they get hit by the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion's ferocious roundhouse kicks.

Ahead of bout with Rodtang, Superlek shows off why he's called 'The Kicking Machine'

The speed, technique, and power of Superlek's kicks are shaking the entire padholder's body. We can only imagine how his forearms felt the next morning. You can certainly understand just by watching this video why Superlek's kicks are considered legendary.
