"Sad but true" - Fans react as KSI claims a fight against Jake Paul is bigger worldwide than a potential Anthony Joshua vs. Tyson Fury fight

Internet sensation and boxer KSI made huge claims in a recent interview, stating that a potential fight between him and Jake Paul would be a bigger event than the much-anticipated fight between boxing greats, Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. @IfnBoxing shared a clip on X of KSI making those claims, which sparked reactions from several boxing fans.

One user agreed with KSI, but also mocked him, writing:

“The sad thing is... He is right. The reality of it is, one is a boxing match and one is a circus.”

Another user slammed KSI and said:

“This idiot is delusional. He is nobody in boxing, he is not a boxer.”

Another user added:

“I feel like once that happens, this influencer boxing scene is done. Lol, what else would need to be seen?”

KSI shares his thoughts on Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson

KSI, who has been out of the boxing ring since his controversial loss to Tommy Fury on Oct. 14 last year, recently appeared on The Stomping Ground for an interview. In the interview, he shared his thoughts on Jake Paul's victory over Mike Tyson. He slammed Paul and said:

"It's a shame because I guess a lot of people that watched the fight don't really watch boxing. So, they probably thought the 58-year-old Mike Tyson was going to be the 18/19-year-old Mike Tyson that they saw back in the day… He's an old man and he had no right to be in the ring. And Jake Paul is in his prime... I thought it was just, the whole thing was embarrassing."

He continued:

"Especially [the fact] Jake took the fight, but it's Jake. Jake doesn't give a sh*t. He has no shame... He's just going to try and fight the easiest people and make himself look like he's the f***ing best when he really is just a piece of sh*t."
