Stamp Fairtex plans to show Anissa Meksen just how good of a dancer she is, up close and personal.

After both women competed at ONE on Prime Video 2 in September, Meksen saw an opportunity to throw some shade Stamp’s way saying, “she’s a dancer, I’m a real fighter” during her own post-fight interview with Mitch Chilson. On January 13, Stamp Fairtex plans to finish Meksen in the middle of the circle and then deliver a dance number dedicated to the seven-time world champion. In a recent interview with ONE Championship, Stamp said:

“She said I’m a dancer. So, my plan is that after I submit or knock her out, I’m going to dance right in front of her to show that she was just defeated by a dancer.”

Fans will no doubt be excited to see what kind of dance number Stamp cooks up for her first appearance of 2023, but finishing Meksen will be much easier said than done. After collecting over 100 wins in her career, Meksen has scored three combined victories between Muay Thai and kickboxing in ONE Championship, including an impressive second-round knockout of Cristina Morales at ONE: Empower.

Of course, Stamp is no slouch as a former two-sport ONE world champion and a 2021 ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix winner. We can’t predict a winner, but we can guarantee that these two will put on one hell of a show for the fans in attendance and those watching around the world.

Stamp Fairtex still has dreams of becoming a three-sport world champion

It only took Stamp Fairtex two fights to capture world championships in both kickboxing and Muay Thai. In recent years, Stamp has put her focus on becoming a three-sport world champion by capturing the ONE women’s atomweight world title currently held by ‘Unstoppable’ Angela Lee. In an interview with South China Morning Post, Stamp still dreams of becoming the promotion’s three-sport champion, saying:

“My goal is to win all the belts in my division. Next is to win an MMA champion belt with Angela Lee, so I will definitely try my best. That’s my dream and I need to make it come true.”

Should she capture the elusive MMA world title in 2023, Stamp Fairtex has every intention of going back to her roots in an attempt to retake the kickboxing and Muay Thai titles to become the first person to hold three world championships in three different sports simultaneously.

“If I can win three championship belts [at once], nobody has done that, just me. If I can make it, it’s an honor for me, for my life, for Thailand,” explained the challenger.
