'The Kicking Machine' Superlek Kiatmoo9 is looking forward to his headlining match at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video but is definitely feeling the pressure. The Thai-born fighter will put his ONE flyweight kickboxing world title on the line against the smaller 'Mini T' Danial Williams.

The size of Danial Williams is the main aspect that concerns 'The Kicking Machine' the most. While speaking in an interview with SCMP MMA, he said:

"I am feeling a little bit of pressure because he’s fighting in strawweight and he’s lighter than me so I feel the pressure that I cannot lose this fight. I would like the belt to remain in the same corner."

Danial Williams will look to take the flyweight kickboxing throne from 'The Kicking Machine' when the two meet on March 24 at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video as the headlining bout. ONE Fight Night events are broadcast live and for free in North America via Prime Video.

Originally, the ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion was to defend his crown against Muay Thai phenom 'The Iron Man' Rodtang Jitmuangnon. However, due to an undisclosed injury, 'The Iron Man' was forced to pull out from the match. He was replaced by the Thai-Australian 'Mini T' Williams.

On the change of opponent, 'The Kicking Machine' said:

"I knew about this news two days ago, I was really surprised by the news that Rodtang was injured during training but I was also happy that they were able to find a new opponent for me."

Danial Williams says Superlek should feel the pressure

'Mini T' Danial Williams agrees with the assessment from the reigning world champion Superlek. The Thai-Australian says that all the pressure is entirely on the ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion.

In an interview with ONE Championship, Williams explained:

“I think the pressure is on Superlek. I’m the strawweight guy. I’ve got nothing to lose. He’s got to put on a show, he’s got to make sure he gets the win, he’s the favorite."

Williams is feeling confident coming into this world title showdown. He continued:

"So, I feel like that’s my advantage. For me, that just gives me massive confidence, because I’m just not stressed about it. This is life-changing for me, so I’m going to put on the best performance I can possibly give.”
