MMA fans worldwide have taken notice of Michael Chandler's leg after he lost to Charles Oliveira at UFC 309.
Chandler recently resorted to social media to share the aftermath of his contest with Oliveira. The former Bellator lightweight champion displayed his slightly bruised left leg on his Instagram story. Interestingly, when the 38-year-old pressed his fingers into his leg, it left a noticeable mark.
MMA Junkie reported that it is a case of Pitting edema which develops when excess fluid accumulates in the body and causes swelling. When pressure is applied to the enlarged area, it will leave a 'pit' or a dent.

Following a canceled matchup with Conor McGregor at UFC 303, Chandler returned to the octagon after two years in a rematch against Oliveira at UFC 309 earlier this month. But, 'Iron's' comeback didn't go according to plan as he was dominated by the Brazilian from the opening bell.
However, in the final round, Chandler was able to turn the tide by shocking Oliveira with a right hook. 'Do Bronx' was deemed the winner by unanimous decision following a fierce 25-minute bout, placing him in the running for the UFC gold.
