During the discussion, Burns' name came up. In response, Sonnen asserted that the Brazilian lacks the skills to compete with Buckley, even labeling him as "retired."

These comments by the former light heavyweight title challenger were not taken positively by Burns. In response, he took to X and leaked Sonnen's mobile number in a now-deleted post.

Chael Sonnen consoles Colby Covington after his loss at UFC Tampa

Colby Covington faced Joaquin Buckley in the main event of UFC Tampa. He suffered a cut on his right eye in the first round, and as the fight progressed, it worsened. The doctor intervened in the third round, and the referee awarded the victory to 'New Mansa' by TKO due to doctor stoppage.

Chael Sonnen, who cornered Covington during the fight, consoled him backstage following his loss. Sonnen praised ‘Chaos’ for his performance and also stated that he should be proud of himself.
