Reigning ONE lightweight and welterweight MMA world champion Christian Lee is squarely focused on upending Alibeg Rasulov's hopes of becoming the 170-pound MMA king at ONE Fight Night 26 on Dec. 6.

In a sit-down interview on The Brian Campbell Experience, 'The Warrior' shared his excitement to defend the throne inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand:

"I'm excited. The fight got pushed back four weeks from the initial date. It got moved from Atlanta to Thailand, so there's been a lot of changes there but the whole time my eyes have been set on Alibeg Rasulov - the opponent hasn't changed. And so for me, I'll be looking to get in there, get the job done real quick, and get my hands raised."

Lee's world title tilt against Rasulov will mark his first fight since winning the then-vacant welterweight MMA world championship over Kiamrian Abbasov in November 2022. He temporarily stepped away from the sport the following month after the heartbreaking passing of his youngest sister Victoria Lee.

As for Rasulov, the Turkish standout has been undefeated through 15 professional bouts. He debuted in the world's largest martial arts promotion by upsetting former 170-pound MMA king Ok Rae Yoon this past July.

Christian Lee predicts Alibeg Rasulov's gameplan at ONE Fight Night 26

Christian Lee believes he has already figured out how Alibeg Rasulov will try to take the ONE lightweight MMA world championship from him at ONE Fight Night 26.

Speaking recently with ONE, the Evolve MMA and Prodigy Training Center representative stated:

"I think that he'll be looking to have a similar game plan to mine. I think he wants to try to hurt me with strikes, take me down, and finish."

ONE Fight Night 26 will air live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
