Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk send each other cold warnings as incredible promo trailer takes boxing social media by storm

As their highly anticipated rematch draws near, Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk have issued stern warnings to one another. The entire combat sports community is ecstatic about the recent release of an impressive trailer for their contest.

Fury and Usyk are scheduled for a rematch on Dec. 21 at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where the Brit will challenge Usyk for the WBC, WBO, and WBA world heavyweight titles.

Ahead of their matchup, the General Entertainment Authority chairman of Saudi Arabia, Turki Alalshikh, well-known for giving fans some thrilling boxing matches over the years, took to X and shared the Usyk vs. Fury fight promo.

In the trailer, Fury and Usyk are seen becoming afraid after visualizing their opponent everywhere, intensifying the anticipation for the bout among boxing fans worldwide. Fury reposted Alalshikh's X post and sent a strong warning to the Ukrainian, writing:

Usyk, on the other hand, uploaded the trailer on his Instagram account and cautioned Fury about their matchup, writing:

“The time is almost here. See you in Riyadh, @tysonfury !”

Fury's first encounter with Usyk didn't go according to plan in their title unification bout on May 18 earlier this year in Riyadh. The former champion was dominated by Usyk.

Usyk even scored a knockdown in the ninth round, which paved his way to victory. As a result, after 12 rounds of intense action, Usyk was declared winner via split decision and became the undisputed heavyweight champion. This marked Fury's sole loss in his professional boxing career.

In a past interview with TNT Sports, Fury vowed to knock out Usyk in a devastating fashion, saying:

''I'm gonna go in there with destroy mode...I'm not going for a points decision. I'm gonna knock that motherfu**er out."

Derek Chisora is skeptical of Tyson Fury's chances against Oleksandr Usyk

Despite Tyson Fury's remarks about destroying Oleksandr Usyk in their rematch on Dec. 21, Derek Chisora isn't sure about Fury's prospects of defeating Usyk.

In a recent interview with Seconds Out, Chisora gave his take on the Fury vs. Usyk matchup, saying:

''Do I believe Tyson can beat Oleksandr? I look at the way he’s going in sparring camp. I don’t personally believe that with the sparring partners he’s got right now that they’re pushing him to be a menace. They’re in awe of Tyson...What I’m seeing that Oleksandr is doing it completely different...I would love Tyson to win, but right now, those odds are not looking great.”
