It looks like UFC legend Tito Ortiz is diving into the restaurant business.

As per a post by the Instagram account @titos.cantina, the former UFC light heavyweight champion's new Mexican restaurant is opening soon.

Although it's highly unlikely that Ortiz himself will be handling the cooking in his new restaurant, an old video of the fighter makes it clear that the culinary arts don't come naturally to 'The Huntington Beach Bad Boy'.

In a video uploaded to Twitter by @FullContactMTWF, the UFC legend can be seen using a huge knife to slice an onion with reckless abandon. While it took the fighter a good minute to exhibit his signature cutting technique, it took him a few more minutes to realize that he had cut himself during the process.

Tito Ortiz is one of the pioneers of modern-day mixed martial arts. The 48-year-old started his pro career with the UFC in 1997. It took the American just seven fights to get his hands on the light heavyweight title.

He defended the 205-pound strap a total of five times and ended his UFC career with a record of 15-11-1. His overall record is an equally impressive 21-12-1. Ortiz is best known for his high-profile rivalries against fellow legends Chuck Liddell and Ken Shamrock.

Bodybuilder Big Boy confident about knockout win over Tito Ortiz

Instagram fitness influencer Big Boy believes he would make easy work of UFC legend Tito Ortiz in a boxing match.

The duo have been going back and forth on social media for a while. In a recent interview with TMZ Sports, the bodybuilder claimed that Ortiz was way past his prime and wouldn't stand a chance against him in the ring.

Big Boy also revealed that he was expecting at least a half a million payday if the bout materializes. He also expects to finish 'The Huntington Beach Bad Boy' in the very first round:

"At least a half a milli [will be the payday for the bout]... 100%... I'm going to beat him... I respect him, but I think he is past his prime, I think I'm more explosive, I'm stronger. I've got more game than him... I'm going to retire his a**... [I] guarantee a knockout... I'm going to go ahead and say [in] the first round."
