WATCH: Sage Northcutt shows off massive hang time with flying front kick

ONE lightweight fighter Sage Northcutt has to be one of the most supremely conditioned athletes in a sport that's filled with supreme athletes. Seriously, this man looks like he's been created in a lab using the DNA of all the great athletes in history.

Apart from being a demon inside the ring, 'Super' Sage Northcutt has been seen doing some crazy athletic feats anywhere anyone would be willing to watch. From Avengers-like front flips to flying kicks that would make Bruce Lee proud, Northcutt can do it all.

In a video posted by ONE Championship on Instagram, we saw Northcutt attempting a kick so high it may very well reach the ceiling of the room. It's truly awesome.

Sage Northcutt returns to action at ONE Fight Night 10 after four-year hiatus

Sage Northcutt will make his long-awaited MMA return at ONE Fight Night 10 on May 5 in Broomfield, Colorado. 'Super' will be in a lightweight collision against Pakistan’s Ahmed Mujtaba.

The event will be ONE's first-ever fight card live on US soil and marks Sage Northcutt's comeback after a four-year break from the sport.

In an interview with ONE Championship, the 26-year-old prodigy said he is very excited to make a statement in his comeback fight. The American striking expert is aiming for an early finish.

Northcutt said:

“Whether it’s a submission, whether it’s ground-and-pound, or it’s a knockout, whatever it is, everybody wants a finish. That would be the ideal way to win, but you know I’m training for any aspect out there, so that way I’m prepared.”

Northcutt has only fought once since signing with ONE in 2018, losing in devastating fashion to Brazil's Cosmo Alexandre via knockout. The KO loss resulted in multiple fractures to Northcutt's face that required surgery and lengthy recovery time.

A superfight with former ONE lightweight world champ Shinya Aoki was teased in the past but was ultimately scrapped.

As for Mujtaba, the Pakistani MMA stalwart is on back-to-back wins in ONE and is looking to continue his momentum towards a world title shot.

ONE Fight Night 10 will happen at 1stBank Center in Broomfield and is available live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America.
