Pacer Allen is the father of Arnold Allen, the No. 6-ranked UFC featherweight fighter, and strongman Jake Allen.

He is a former English strongman who transitioned into MMA for a very brief period. According to Sherdog, Pacer Allen fought five times in mixed martial arts, three times as an amateur and twice as a professional.

Allen has an amateur MMA record of 1-2 and a professional slate of 1-1.

Prior to his short-lived career in the cage, Pacer Allen was a traveling strongman. Arnold Allen was inspired to pursue a career in MMA after his father showed him videos of fights. The former strongman regularly appears in YouTube videos posted by the No. 6-ranked UFC featherweight.

Pacer Allen has attended every UFC fight his son has competed in. The senior Allen has two sons, Jake Allen and Arnold Allen. Jake is a professional strongman, while Arnold competes inside the octagon.

In his last MMA fight, Pacer finished John Demmel via TKO in the first round. After the win, Arnold Allen can be seen running into the cage and embracing his father.

Arnold Allen, son of Pacer Allen, takes on Calvin Kattar at UFC Vegas 63

Arnold Allen will take on Calvin Kattar at UFC Vegas 63. The English fighter from Ipswich will be making his 10th appearance in the promotion. This fight will also serve as Allen's first headliner.

Allen is currently undefeated in the UFC and is on a nine-fight win streak. His last win came against Dan Hooker at March's London-held event, where he finished the New Zealander via TKO in the first round.

In his UFC run, Allen has earned two Performance of the Night bonuses.

Allen has a professional career record of 18-1. He is primarily a striker but has immense grappling ability, as seen in his fights with Alan Omer and Mads Burnell. He holds a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Allen last weighed in at 146 pounds. He stands at 5'8" and has a reach of 70 inches. Allen will look to extend his undefeated professional streak to 12 wins against Calvin Kattar on October 29.
