Combat sports fans recently gave their opinions about KSI's decision to take on the winner of the Tommy Fury vs. Darren Till fight. It's pertinent to note that the Fury vs. Till encounter will be held under the banner of KSI's Misfits Boxing.

KSI currently holds a record of 1-1 as a professional boxer. The U.K. native stepped into the sport professionally in 2019 with a fight against Logan Paul, where he won via a split decision.

The 31-year-old most recently locked horns against Tommy Fury on Oct. 24, 2023, losing via a unanimous decision. The YouTuber-boxer revealed his wish to face the victor of the Fury vs. Till fight in 2025 during the pre-event press conference.

A recent post on X from @HappyPunch shared the news with the following caption:

"KSI just announced he will fight the winner of Tommy Fury vs. Darren Till."

Fans presented a mixed bag of reactions in the comments section. One such comment read:

"Why isn’t he fighting Jake Paul"

Others penned:

"So KSI is signing up to lose either way."
"So, [It will be a] Tommy rematch"
"Who even wants to see KSI fight? Most boring fighter ever."

KSI believes his fight against Jake Paul will draw more eyeballs than a Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua fight

Celebrity and influencer boxing have made a massive impact on the sport in recent times. While hardcore fans have stood against it, influencer boxing has added a lot more eyeballs to the sport.

The boxing mastery of noted fighters like Tyson Fury or Anthony Joshua can not be compared to celebrity boxers like KSI or Jake Paul. Still, the PRIME hydration drink co-owner recently said that his fight against Paul will gain more viewership worldwide than even a Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua encounter:

"I say worldwide me vs. Jake [Paul] [would be a bigger fight than] AJ [Anthony Joshua] vs. Tyson [Fury]. I mean, me and Jake are bigger in terms of notoriety."
