#1 Luis Pena vs. Mike Trizano
Round 1: Trizano kept his distance, but Pena closed up with a jumping high knee. Trizano kept hitting him with lead leg kicks which saw him in a bad way. Pena had to defend against a Guillotine Choke, which he managed to get out of.
On the other side, Trizano had to defend against a Kimura lock which put him on the mat at the end of the round.
Round 2: Pena got some big shots, but it was Trizano who connected with his shots. The leg kicks hurt Pena, and Pena's takedown attempts failed. Pena had to give up the takedown and took elbow shots instead.
Trizano was finally dropped and Pena struggled to take the back and managed it. It looked like it was over, but Trizano burst out and managed to get out of the hold. Pena got hit with a couple of hammer fists and Trizano went for the ground and pound as the round came to an end.
Round 3: Trizano was hit on the face a couple of times by Trizano. Trizano hit Pena with a number of good leg kicks. Pena had failed takedown but blocked a head kick. Pena pushed him against the cage. Pena had the advantage in the end after he dropped Trizano. Trizano took the top and landed some hammer shots.
The round came to an end when the two fighters stood up and exchanged giant shots with each other. The fight could have been won by either of these undefeated fighters, however, it was Mike Trizano who stayed undefeated.
Result: Mike Trizano defeated Luis Pena via Split Decision (28-29, 29-28, 30-27)
