Anderson Silva's knockout to Chris Weidman at UFC 162 will go down as one of the biggest upsets in MMA history. The Spider has not been the same ever since and realistically speaking, the future UFC Hall of Famer will never get a chance to earn some redemption for his twin losses to the American.

However, a young up-and-coming Brazilian Light Heavyweight fighter would like to do the honours for Silva by breaking Weidman's face.

Johnny Walker spoke to Brazilian journalist Luis Coutinho and revealed his plans for 2020.

The 27-year-old Light Heavyweight intends on having four to six fights next year. He is pushing to face Chris Weidman in either in February or March to avenge his fellow countryman Anderson Silva's loss.

Johnny Walker said he plans to do four to six fights by 2020. The idea is to face Chris Weidman in February or March. The reason? He wants to avenge Anderson Silva. "I'm a big fan of Anderson and would be happy to break Weidman's face."

Weidman made his LHW debut and lost to Dominick Reyes via KO in the first round in October earlier this year.

The flamboyant Walker's nine-fight winning streak came to an end recently when he got knocked out by Corey Anderson in the first round at UFC 244.

Walker has been actively calling out the former Middleweight Champion for a fight and it's a showdown that has the potential to headline a Fight Night.

Will Weidman and UFC work out a deal to accommodate Walker's proposal?
