Superbon Singha Mawynn and Nong-O Gaiyanghadao took time to train together on a beautiful beach.

Superbon and Nong-O are switching up their settings while training side-by-side. Earlier this week, the two world champions were spotted training with trainer Gae at Khun Suek Muay Thai.

The striking specialists decided to take a slight break by doing some light training on a beach in Thailand. The ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion posted the video on Instagram with the caption:

“Relax with @nongogaiyanghadao after hard training with @trainer_gae”

Despite their massive success, Superbon and Nong-O, the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion, seem as motivated as ever to continue defending their titles. Both defended their thrones in 2022 and look to do the same in the first month of 2023.

Superbon Singha Mawynn and Nong-O Gaiyanghadao are preparing for their upcoming world title defenses side-by-side

Superbon Singha Mawynn and Nong-O Gaiyanghadao are preparing to defend their titles in January. As they close in on their championship fights, Nong-O and Superbon have consistently trained together.

Before working out on the beach, the two world champions showed off their vicious leg kicks with trainer Gae. The featherweight kickboxing king posted the video to Instagram, with the caption:

“Body kick leg kick 👊🏽”

Superbon will be the first to defend his world title. The ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion will take on Chingiz Allazov on January 13 at ONE on Prime Video 6. The 32-year-old defended his title once in 2022 and looks to ride the momentum against Allazov, who won the ONE featherweight kickboxing World Grand Prix.

Meanwhile, Nong-O beat Felipe Lobo and Liam Harrison inside the distance in 2022. The 36-year-old will return against Alaverdi Ramazanov on January 20 at ONE Lumpinee.

ONE recently signed a deal to host weekly events at the legendary Lumpinee Stadium, and Nong-O gets the honor of headlining their first spectacle. The ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion maintains a perfect promotional record of 9-0 and doesn’t plan on losing in 2023.
