Andre Kurniawan TEDJONO: A Brief Biography
Andre Kurniawan Tedjono who was born in Magelang on December 7, 1986 is a male Indonesian badminton player who specializes in singles. He made his interantional debut while he was still in his teens. Since then he has proceeded to compete in numerous tournaments winnig accolades for his endeavours. Tedjono won the Indonesian national men\'s singles title in 2003 and then followed it up with another victory in 2005. In 2006, he won gold at Brasil Open and National Championship. The following year he was crowned the champion for Romania International Series, II Russian Open, the New Zealand Open Champion and II Vietnam Open Grand Prix. In 2010, he picked up a gold at the Austrian International Challenge. His best international results so far are his victories in the 2007 New Zealand Open and the 2008 Dutch Open. Recently, he won the Yonex Dutch International in 2012.
