Claims of Disney and Pixar creating an Among Us movie has spread rapidly across social media platforms. A film poster for the same, featuring the signature crew member has gone viral, leaving fans in a frenzy. However, the rumors are false. Disney and Pixar are not creating the aforementioned movie.
Popular X (formerly Twitter) page @EverythingOOC was one among the many who publicized the news. They shared a photo of the film poster with the caption:
“NO WAY ITS HAPPENING.”
The poster showed one crew member looking at the audience of what seems to be a movie screening. Netizens could see planets and aeroplanes in the background, alongside robot-like creatures. The movie’s name, Among Us, was included in a neon blue color, along with Disney and Pixar mentioned atop it as well.
The tweet was uploaded on October 13, 2023. At the time of writing, it had amassed nearly six million views.
As internet users continue to be in a frenzy, it is important to note that Disney and Pixar are not producing the movie.
