They confirmed their relationship in April when they took to their Instagram to share intimate moments with each other, including some pictures from their vacation in the Dominican Republic. However, just a couple months later, Rose revealed she was single at the Paris Fashion Week.

In her X posts (since deleted), Rubi Rose also complimented Druski, stating that he was "funny and nice." In a separate post, she added:

The rapper reportedly announced their breakup in June 2024, during the Paris Fashion Week. On June 22, she had a conversation with UK influencer Rambo, who stopped Rose in the street to ask her about her favorite love song. She replied:
