Jay-Z's lawyers state that Rymir Satterthwaite's previous paternity claims have been "refuted"

In a statement shared with The Daily Mail, Jay-Z's lawyer responded to the allegations raised by Rymir Satterthwaite. They said that the allegations were previously reviewed by courts and were refuted. The lawyer added:

“I am sure that will be the outcome of whatever filings Mr. Satterthwaite may be currently considering.”

Jay-Z's legal team, on the other hand, has suggested that the action should be dismissed owing to jurisdictional difficulties. They also say Satterthwaite's mother committed fraud by providing the wrong address on the paternity documents.

The Sun reported, as per Your Tango, that Rymir's mother, Wanda, met Jay-Z in Philadelphia in 1992. From there, they went to his aunt's project apartment building in Brooklyn, NY, and began dating.

Wanda said she and Jay-Z allegedly used protection, which seemed untrue since she got pregnant. Wanda said that she saw him again a few weeks later, but after that, she never heard from the rapper again.

Satterthwaite's family allegedly approached Jay-Z about this in a letter.

According to The Sun, Jay-Z's in-house lawyer contacted them to address the situation privately. The in-house lawyer and Wanda reportedly discussed Rymir's singing career, but nothing came of it since "he had to finish his education."
