Florida teen, 16-year-old Aiden Fucci was given a life sentence after he was convicted of the 2021 murder of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey. Aiden was charged with first-degree murder and the sentencing came after Bailey's family gave several statements over the past two days. Smith believes there was premeditation in the case. He said that the murder was committed for no other reason apart from Fucci's "internal desire to feel what it was like to kill someone." The judge added that the teen's murder was committed in a cold, calculated and premediated manner without pretenses for moral and legal justifications. He further spoke about how difficult it was for the court to view the autopsy photos. According to the autopsy reports, Bailey was stabbed 114 times, of which 49 seemed like defensive wounds.
