Why was Yung Bleu arrested? Rapper issues statement amid baby mama assault allegations

Yung Bleu was arrested on October 15, 2023, on a charge of battery in Georgia after he reportedly assaulted a woman. HipHopDX stated that he was taken to the Hall County Jail but has been already released on a bond of $2,400. There is no confirmation for now if the assault victim was his wife Tiemeria Biddle.

Bleu shared an Instagram post on the evening of October 19 where he responded to the charges, saying that he is planning to accumulate around $100 million in the upcoming few years. He said that he has a message for all the ladies who have been following his work.

He stated:

"I cherish women and I'm completely innocent. Just no [sic] this about to be one of toughest times to be a fan of mines because ima about to go into another bracker as an owner and entrepreneur and people hate and you no! They. Hate that."

Yung Bleu was arrested after he allegedly attacked a woman

Yung Bleu reportedly attacked a woman following which he was allegedly arrested earlier this week. The records of the Hall County Sheriff's Office in Georgia revealed that the police officers received a call from an anonymous woman saying that Bleu showed up at her house, trying to take their child with him.

This was followed by an argument where Bleu allegedly pushed the woman to the ground. She was injured in the right arm and hip but was not willing to get hospitalized. Although Bleu managed to take away the child with him, he returned shortly and left again.

The news comes almost a month after Bleu's wife Tiemeria Biddle appealed for divorce when a woman named Tenom claimed that Bleu took her out. Bleu also tried to fix everything by apologizing to his wife and sharing a post on X.

Bleu wrote that he would never "bash" her and described Biddle as a "good woman."

He said:

"It's a lot that this industry bring. It's a fast life. And Sometime as men we fall short of what's right! But I'll never be stupid enough to lose what's best for me! Hope this message reaches you somehow. Giving everything else to god from here back on the music and enjoying the love of my fans on tour! Family over everything."
