3. Big Swole - Phoenix of Rise Champion
RISE Wrestling is an independent women's promotion based out of Naperville, Illinois which holds live events and iPPVs. Initially used as a feeder promotion for Shimmer wrestling, RISE has evolved into an entity of its own.
The promotion has both singles and tag title belts and the former is named Phoenix of Rise Championship. The title is currently in the hands of AEW wrestler Big Swole, who beat the former champion, Zoe Lucas, in August 2019 for the belt. The Championship has also been held by the likes of Mercedes Martinez, Tessa Blanchard, and Kylie Rae in the past.
The tag team titles in RISE is currently held by Impact wrestler Jessica Havoc and Neveah, who is the wife of another Impact wrestler, Jake Crist. In another interesting titbit, one-half of the first RISE tag team champions was current AEW wrestler Melanie Cruise, who recently made her debut as a plant in the audience who offered her hair to Brandi Rhodes to join the Nightmare Collective.
