#3 Tessa Blanchard
Women's wrestling is hotter than it's ever been right now, with Impact, AEW, and WWE all boasting fantastic rosters, but the best of the lot is the third generation star, Tessa Blanchard. Tessa competed at All In and the first Mae Young Classic, and even though she's found a home in Impact Wrestling, she just deserves the biggest platform possible. Her contract isn't up for another year, but at that point, the AEW women's division will be fully developed, and ready for her to make an immediate impact.
Not only is Tessa a fantastic in-ring worker, but she's one of the best characters in the entire business, and being on the AEW TNT stage with a talented roster consisting of Kylie Rae, Bea Priestley, Britt Baker and so many more would be much better for her career. All of these are fresh matchups for Blanchard, and if anyone is worthy of leading All Elite Wrestling's women's division into the future and to the success that we all hope and think they'll have, it's the best and most talented female worker in the business today.
