All Elite Wrestling have held their second press conference, announcing more talent, ticket information and even matches for the upcoming Double or Nothing show, but one of the biggest stories to come out of the entire press conference was the arrival of Pentagon and Fenix, The Lucha Bros. Matt and Nick Jackson promised to bring tag team wrestling back to the foreground of wrestling, giving it the respect that it truly deserves, and with Best Friends, The Bucks, Lucha Bros and SCU all on the roster, they're well on the way, but with so many talented tag teams out there, they still have some key signings to make.

From Australia to England to Japan back to North America, the wrestling world is stacked with amazing tag team talent, all ready to prove that tag team wrestling can indeed be the main event, and while we understand that they can't stack the roster too much at the beginning, these are some tag teams we'd love to see join the cast of All Elite Wrestling.

So today we are going to look at 5 tag teams from the world of professional wrestling that The Young Bucks, Cody and Kenny Omega should look to sign to strengthen and deepen their already fantastic tag team roster.

#5 The VeloCities

PWA is one of the best promotions in the blossoming Australian Pro Wrestling scene, and they are churning out several potential superstars of the future, two of the best being Jude London and Paris DeSilva, collectively known as The VeloCities. They've made waves with their incredible athleticism, including several GIF's that have gone viral on Twitter, so they're definitely a team to keep a close eye on.

Cody recently made it known that they don't want to sign big names and become flooded with former WWE stars, and given that these two are slowly rising up the ranks, they'd be good to ensure the future of the tag team division is in good hands.

World Series Wrestling has booked The Bucks and Cody several times over the past year, and they've used this time to scout a lot of Australian talent who should be signed, but in terms of potential, few compare to the VeloCities.

#4 Z&E

Impact Wrestling has been criticised a lot over the past few years for the use of its talent and the inability to create new stars, and while DJ Z and Andrew Everett aren't Impact products, they were given the chance to show just how good they were.

The team known as Z&E won Tag Team gold in Impact several times, and when it comes to high-flying wrestling, there are few tag teams in the world that could keep up with these two.

They are both young but very experienced, and given that there seems to be no obvious link to the WWE, AEW would be wise to snap them up soon.

If they don't team together, both men are very good as singles performers, and given the fact that AEW are looking to provide a variety show, these guys would be good in several departments on any show, from high-flying to great technical wrestling.

#3 CCK

CCK has taken many forms over the years, but at its best, it's a combination of Chris Brookes and Kid Lykos, who combine their creativity and athleticism into one of the most unique tag teams of this current generation.

They've faced The Young Bucks in the UK, so they'd certainly be aware of just how talented this duo is, and if they were put in with the world's best on the biggest stage, the Calamari Catch Kings would certainly become household names.

These guys are a little too out there and creative to be held down by the WWE, so a company that's looking to push the boundaries and give people freedom like AEW makes it seem like the perfect fit. They can't make a hundred signings right off the bat, because that would bloat their roster much the way WWE's is right now, but one day once Lykos gets healthy, this would be a fantastic signing.

#2 The Rascalz

PWG has been a hot bed for great tag team wrestling throughout the Bucks tenure with the company, and they lost those titles to the duo of Zachary Wentz and Desmond Xavier, and with Trey Miguel by their side, they have everything it takes to rise to the top of the wrestling business.

They're only getting better and better with each opportunity, and with their unique and innovative offence, they'd be great opponents for anyone in All Elite Wrestling.

They currently perform on Impact Wrestling, but when their contracts there allow them to wrestle elsewhere, AEW should come calling, as it would give the tag team division the attitude and charisma that they always need.

Tag Team wrestling is undergoing a resurgence right now, so it's great to see tag teams stick together over different promotions, and these two could definitely be big-time stars for AEW.

#1 Aussie Open

Tag team wrestling has made a tremendous comeback in the UK with several teams becoming main event talents in independent promotions all across the continent, but few do it better than the Aussie duo of Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis.

They've had great matches against the likes of Grizzled Young Veterans, Moustache Mountain, CCK, CTK and The Swords of Essex, and given that they've just debuted for The Bucks home promotion PWG, it's a connection that needs to be made.

Davis and Fletcher are the perfect Big and Small team, with both men possessing very unique traits, and considering they've got over big in every promotion in the UK, AEW would be silly not to chase them.

They've yet to prove it on a bigger stage than the likes of Progress, Rev Pro and OTT, but considering how good they've been in all of these, pitting them against guys like SCU, the Lucha Bros and The Young Bucks, they'd get over and become fan favourites in no time.
