#3 Ivelisse

Ivelisse
Ivelisse

Real Name: Ivelisse Milagro Vélez

Years as a professional wrestler: 16 years (veteran.)

Wrestling style: Lucha Libre

Currently employed by: Lucha Underground and Shine Wrestling.

Ivelisse began training for the ring at the tender age of fourteen in her native, Puerto Rico. She developed her ring style based upon the Puerto Rican wrestling scene, which has a strong Lucha Libre influence.

Ivelisse was a contestant on Tough Enough back in 2001, but an injury would force her to retire from the competition. She was signed to a developmental deal and appeared in Florida Championship Wrestling and NXT when the brand transitioned.

She requested her release from NXT because of issues with Bill DeMott; Ivelisse was one of the first to report DeMott for misconduct. She went on to become a major star on the independent scene and also works for Shine and Lucha Underground.

Why the WWE needs to sign her: Simply put, Ivelisse is one of the most talented Lucha Libre stars currently working, male or female. She has the skill, the experience, and the glamorous look that could take her all the way to the top of WWE.
