Jay Lethal and Cody Rhodes are two of the most popular wrestlers on the planet. Both of them are extremely marketable and are huge stars in the American Independent Circuit. With their star power on display, this will be a perfect opener to rile up any crowd in the States. The match might even end up being a winner takes all match for both titles. The match will have the stakes and the star power to go with it.

Cody should get the victory. With WWE involved they will probably have a greater pull at the results and they certainly would prefer Cody winning and celebrating with his brother after the match.
