Melissa Santos met with Tessa Blanchard backstage, asking if she felt Gail Kim's suspension last week had mended the fence between herself and Impact management. Blanchard stated that it was just the beginning, and Kim should go out to the ring and publicly apologize to her next week before resigning from Impact.

Josh Mathews and Don Callis revealed that Brian Cage will challenge Johnny Impact for the Impact World Championship at Impact Wrestling Rebellion.

Fallah Bahh & KM vs Eli Drake & Eddie Edwards

Two tag teams formed out of strange circumstances faced off tonight. Tonight, Edwards and Drake, who are at best, frenemies (per Josh Matthews), would look to continue to build momentum as they took on KM and Fallah Bahh.

Drake started the match off with Bahh. These two, along with Edwards, teamed up in the Impact World Cup a few months ago.

Bahh brought Edwards down with a headlock followed by a gator roll. Back to their feet, KM tagged in and was quickly dropped by Drake with a right hand. In their corner, Drake tagged in Eddie Edwards. The two tagged in and out while working over KM. He finally got away from Edwards and tagged in Bahh, who drove Edwards into the mat with a sidewalk slam.

KM came in and took both Edwards and Drake out with elbows. All four men entered the ring, with the former World Champions taking down Bahh and KM. KM rocked Edwards, forcing Drake to get involved. Up top, KM shook Drake off, but Edwards connected with an enziguri followed by a leaping superplex from Drake.

Bahh came in and took out Drake but was sent out by Edwards who levelled Bahh with a suicide dive. With KM still trying to recover in his corner, Edwards picked up Kenny on the outside. The ref stopped Edwards, and as they were arguing, he tossed Kenny to Drake, who cracked KM over the head with it. Edwards followed up with the Boston Knee Party for the win.

Results: Eddie Edwards & Eli Drake defeated KM and Fallah Bahh via pinfall.

Since joining forces, Drake tried to get Edwards to drop his hardcore persona but now seems to have adjusted to the style, even just a little. As they continue to pick up wins, one has to wonder if there's a team that can stop them when they're on the right page.
