We kick things off with a recap of last week’s show when Low Ki and Doga had their match, which led to Low Ki removing a piece of his ear. Low Ki cut a promo saying that everyone will respect his title reign.

Low Ki, Sarina and Ricky Martinez greets Konnan. He asks how Doga is doing. Calling him a trophy. He refers to Rey Fenix’s mask and wants to add even more, including Konnan’s career. He gives Konnan a warning that he’s messing with the wrong guy.

He says this is a new era, new age. He says that people handle their disputes in different ways and gives Konnan a chance to redeem himself. He challenges Konnan to a match. Konnan replies by saying that if he wanted some smoke, he would’ve made the challenge ten years ago when he doesn’t train and wrestle. He says no. Sarina calls him a “little bitch”. Konnan says he sees three little bitches and walks away.

Tom Lawlor cuts a promo on Low Ki and Sami Callihan. He says that Low Ki fears him. Sami Callihan will be finished when they meet in Chicago. This will be the last time that Sami ever steps foot in MLW Fusion and says he will take his baseball and shove it straight up his ass.

Next up is “Size Matters”, as Swoggle (WWE’s Hornswoggle) and Joey Ryan team up to face The Dirty Blondes.

Backstage we see “Filthy” Tom Lawlor and Simon Gotch getting prepared for his match. Simon says he has his back tonight.

Size Matters (Swoggle and Joey Ryan) vs The Dirty Blondes (Michael Patrick and Leo Brien)

The fans chant “Happy Birthday” to Joey Ryan. Both Ryan and Swoggle give their blow pops to fans at ringside (hilarious). Joey Ryan talks about wrestling in Texas last night and tearing his pectoral muscle (a rib on Triple H), flying into Chicago and says it looks really bad. He says he is not missing a show in Chicago and even with one arm he will take them both on.

Both Dirty Blondes double team and attack both men, especially Swoggle. Brein and Swoggle start the match, with The Dirty Blondes taking advantage, pummeling away at Swoggle. Patrick and Brein tag each other back in and out, continuing to stomp away and take Swoggle down. Swoggle fights back and hits with a big German Suplex (believe it or not) on Brein, then tags in Joey Ryan. Ryan comes in off the hot tag and takes them both out with various clotheslines and takedowns.

Swoggle helps out Joey Ryan until he is taken down. Swoggle is positioned on the ropes by Brein, as Joey Ryan pulls out the Sweet Tooth Music (Superkick), followed up by the Tadpole Splash (Frog Splash) by Swoggle on Leo Brein to get the pinfall and the win.

Winners: Size Matters

Joey Ryan gets on the microphone and thanks the crowd. He shows off his “injury”, saying it stills look pretty bad but at least he still has his penis. He talks about even if he has to take any time off, at least he got to wrestle tonight here in Chicago.

Sami Callihan cuts a promo backstage. He talks trash about the fans on social media. He talks about being a mercenary for hire for the Promociones Dorado. He talks about taking down MVP, Shane Strickland and Jimmy Havoc.

It doesn’t matter who he faces that he will “end them”. He talks about not being afraid of Tom Lawlor or his UFC background. He is more afraid of himself and what he will do to him. He says all of Tom’s training won’t save him from the “Death Machine”. He says he will end “Filthy” Tom Lawlor and send him back to the UFC. He says he is the pro wrestling and the number one draw.

Next up is a hype video for MLW Battle Riot 2 for April 5, 2019.

Konnan organizes a press conference backstage. HE doesn’t like how Low Ki and company talked trash about him. He talks about being the underdog and wants to take Low Ki down in his own hometown at “Zero Hour” on December 13th and 14th respectively.

MLW “Never Say Never” event is promoted for December 13th, as is MLW “Zero Hour” on December 14th live from Miami, Florida.
