The very serpent-like nature of Jay White positions him as a mind game tactician with no tactile prowess to boast off. So what if Jay's consistent failed needling of CHAOS members to turn on Okada and his eventual reveal that within the faction there is a mole, is nothing but a ruse. Sure he backed up the destruction of the Rainmaker by having Gedo turn on him, as well as his earlier proclamation that he would destroy Kenny Omega's Bullet Club.
Yet White doesn't really have to have a mole within CHAOS for things to break for the current Ace of the company. He doesn't have to have one at all. Yet the war of Bullet Club, renewed in spirits by this transformation threatens not just CHAOS but the very entity of New Japan as well.
Okada failed to destroy Bullet Club, forcing Gedo to inject the very poison they tried to rid back into the system. So it would be appropriate if that infection truly caught hold of the beacon light of New Japan, what is this Mega Powers team up is all but a sliver of a dream that finally sees Hiroshi Tanahashi; frustrated with his inability to reclaim his lost throne turn to the dark side. It's something worth pondering on.
Nobody could be Bullet Club or maybe everybody could be Bullet Club for life.
