Legendary British mystery film director Alfred Hitchcock was another celebrity who supported West Ham United during his lifetime. Hitchcock was born in Leytonstone which isn’t far from Upton Park, West Ham’s home ground.
The Psycho director kept track of the Hammers even when he was in the United States and regularly had English newspapers delivered to his Los Angeles home in order to keep tabs on his team.
