Football is all about action. And speed is a very important part of it. Pacy players are usually the ones who skip past the defenders in a jiffy and fetch you chances to score. We already listed the fastest players in FIFA 15 recently and now we will also help the fans of Pro Evolution Soccer. Here's a list of the top 15 fastest players according to the ratings in PES 2015. Put them in your squad and run past the defenders with ease!

#15 Neymar Jr. (FC Barcelona)

PES Speed Rating: 90

Neymar is one of the most prolific young players in World football right now. He is known for his deadly speed and amazing dribbling skills to counter the defenders’ moves. He’s always been a danger to the opposing side. Brazil’s ascent in the WC 2014 till the Quarter-FInals was completely because of him.

He carries the ball around his feet with much ease and comfort. The semi final heartbreak in the World-Cup didn’t stop him from performing for his club where he has amassed a goal tally of 14 goals in 18 matches so far this season.

#14 ngel Di Mara (Manchester United)

Di Maria moved to Europe's biggest club, Real Madrid in 2010. In Real Madrid, he proved to be one of their important players in the team providing assists, by playing on the right wing. In 2011, he had the maximum number of assists for the team.

His moved to Manchester United in 2014 after the World Cup as manager Louis Van Gaal took notice of his brilliance. Although fans had concerns about the big money that was spent on him, he has since then made a spectacular start to his career in England.

He inherited the number 7 shirt at Manchester United, which was previously worn by club legends such as George Best, Bryan Robson, Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo.

#13 Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund)

He is known for his acceleration and stamina and technique with the ball.

Reus plays as a left winger for BVB, though he's capable of playing in the right and the centre due to his brilliant ball control. He has been in the news regarding an imminent transfer to clubs like Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Arsenal. Reus was out of Germany’s victorious World Cup campaign as he was held-back by an ankle injury after Germany beat Armenia 6-1 in a warm-up match.

#12 Lucas Moura (PSG)

He plays also as an attacking-midfielder.

Lucas is one of the fastest in the French league. His dribbling skills are exquisite and his speed with the ball scares the defenders. He’s one of the brightest young talents out there and he made his debut with the São Paulo first-team in 2010, where he scored 4 goals and also gave 4 assists and gave the audience their money’s worth.

His career stastics don’t speak that much good about him as he managed to score only 5 goals from 53 matches last season and in the current season he has has scored 6 from 18 matches. He was intrumental in PSG winning the French League last season.

#11 Gabriel Agbonlahor (Aston Villa FC)

Gabriel Agbonlahor, one of the fastest in the league and in the world. He is a product of the Aston Villa Academy and he plays as a forward for his team. You can also get him at a cheap price. He is also the all time highest scorer for Aston Villa. He has earned many caps for England. He scored only 4 goals last season, so he would be looking to get back to his best form soon in order to help Villa.

#10 Ignazio Abate (AC Milan)

Ignazio Abate can play as a rightback or as a leftback for the team and is quite popular for his quick strides across the field. Abate made his debut for Milan in the 2007-2008 season.

His dribbling skills and pace give him an edge over the defenders who just don’t have an answer for him. His ability to give crosses into the box and in the centre to create goal-scoring opportunities makes him a versatile player.

Abate’s record for goal scoring has not been all that great since he is a defender. But it is always helpful having pacy full back in your side.

#9 Ryo Miyaichi ( Arsenal FC)

Ryo Miyaichi has been on loan to FC Twente from Arsenal. He is a fantastic runner with the ball and is sure to leave defenders with their mouths gaping wide open. He was also described by team-mate Theo Walcott as a man with great pace and trickery on the ball. Japan's head coach Alberto Zaccheroni has said that "Miyaichi's strengths are on the flanks and creating space going forward,"

On loan in Feyenoord, he scored 3 goals in the 2010-2011 season and 1 goal in 2011-2012 season for Bolton Wanderers. He can be bought at a cheap price in the game.

#8 Gervinho (AS Roma)

Gervinho plays as a forward for Roma as well as the Ivorian national team. He was sold to Arsenal in 2011 and then sold to AS Roma in 2013. He’s usually switching between the left wing and the centre forward position. He possesses good ball control and dribbling which, when combined with his speed make a deadly combo and usually results in a goal.

He has scored 12 goals in the previous season and 5 in the current season as of now.

#7 Aaron Lennon (Tottenham Hotspurs)

Aaron Lennon is at his lethal best in his favourite position, the right wing. Lennon’s accuracy in crossing and his ability to beat defenders and giving through balls with a speciality in nutmegs makes it really interesting to watch him play and the speed in which he moves the ball around his feet is unbelievable.

Lennon’s performance has been very poor in the current season and in the previous season as well. He has scored only 1 goal in the past 39 appearances.

#6 Lionel Messi (FC Barcelona)

Leo Messi is considered to be the best in the world by many and is also one of the fastest. Surprisingly, Messi is much faster with the ball at his feet than without it. It’s as though the ball is stuck to his feet always.

As, time would have it, Messi is always compared to the Argentenian legend Diego Maradona due to their similar style of playing football. Due to his pace and technical ability, Messi goes on taking players on and getting into one-on-one situations and beating them to find the back of the net. He has broken every record that has come his way in recent times and is not looking to halt his pace anytime soon. He scored 41 goals in 43 matches in the previous season.Messi also led Argentina to the World Cup Final and was also named as the best player of the tournament.

#5 Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid)

Ballon D’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo is regarded as the best player in the world and his game just proves so. Ronaldo primarily starts at the left wing position and switches between the striker and the right wing postions during the game.

He is known for his acceleration, technical skill, control and dribbling ability, as well as his skillfullness in beating players during one on one situations. The season of 2013-2014, was just great for him as he grabbed up 51 goals in 47 matches and the 2014-2015 is going to be even better as he’s already scored 32 goals in 25 games.

Real Madrid won the Champions League with Ronaldo being their main architect.

#4 Mohamed Salah (Chelsea FC)

Mohamed Salah is not finding enough game time at Chelsea, so you might well tempt him to your club and put him on the wing to see him breeze past the defenders. The highly rated Egyptian magician who is hailed as his country’s very own Messi, had a great time in the Swiss League for FC Basel.

His performances in the Europa League and in the Champions League caught the attention of a few clubs, and he finally chose the West London outfit.

#3 Gareth Bale (Real Madrid)

Gareth Bale’s career began in Southampton and then he went to Spurs where he had an exceptional time, finally landing at Real Madrid for a world record transfer fee. His speed, physique, ball control and assisting skills get him through the toughest of the defence. Bale is also a free-kick specialist. Bale’s speed was once compared to that of Usain Bolt when he intercepted the ball from an opponent team and scored the winning goal.

Bale has a very decent record after joining Madrid as he has scored 11 goals from 22 matches in the current season and 22 from 44 in the previous one.

#2 Arjen Robben (Bayern Munich)

Arjen Robben, is acclaimed for his dribbling skills and pace. Himself and team-mate Frank Ribery also known as “Robbery” form a deadly duo. Robben was very crucial to his national side Netherlands as they managed to finish 3rd in the FIFA World Cup 2014.

Although he rarely passes the ball, we’ve seen him not needing to. He has always played for great clubs like PSV, Chelsea, Real Madrid and now currently the German giants, Bayern Munich with whom he won the Champions League in 2013.

He has been troubled by injuries off late and was also forced to miss the World Cup.
