The 2022-2023 NBA season continues on Monday, December 5th, with 16 teams in action. Take a look at three strong team bets for tonight's action, featuring Phoenix Suns, Boston Celtics, and Los Angeles Clippers.

Best NBA Team Bet #1: Phoenix Suns ML (+124)

The 15-7 Phoenix Suns are currently in first place in the Western Conference thanks to elite play on both ends of the floor. Phoenix ranks seventh in points per game and second in offensive rating, while defensively they rank fifth in both opponents points per game and defensive rating. Meanwhile, the Suns have been clicking, winning seven of their past eight.

The 11-11 Dallas Mavericks, on the other hand, have been very inconsistent throughout the season. Dallas' offense has struggled to score, ranking just 21st in points per game this season. Look out for Phoenix to take advantage by winning this contest outright.

Best NBA Team Bet #2: Boston Celtics ML (+100)

Boston Celtics currently hold the NBA's best record, as they sit at 19-5. The Celtics have won 15 of their past 17 games after starting the season 4-3. Boston have the NBA's best offense currently, leading the league in both points per game and offensive rating. After a slow start, their defense has played much better of late, as they have climbed to 13th in opponents points per game and 15th in defensive rating.

The Celtics will face the Toronto Raptors, who have struggled to find an offensive rhythm all season, ranking just 20th in points per game. You can tip Boston to continue to play great basketball and they win this game outright.

Best NBA Team Bet #3: Los Angeles Clippers -4 (-112)

The 13-11 Los Angeles Clippers have failed to live up to expectations this season, particularly on the offensive end. While their defense has ranked sixth in opponents points per game and defensive rating, the Clippers are ranked 30th in points per game and 28th in offensive rating.

Charlotte Hornets have been nearly as bad offensively, ranking 27th in points per game and 30th in offensive rating, and much worse defensively, ranking 19th in both opponents points per game and defensive rating. With Clippers' stars Paul George and Kawhi Leonard questionable to return, while the Hornets remain tremendously banged up, look out for the Clippers to win by at least five points.
