Paul George is an American professional basketball player who plays as a shooting Guard for the Los Angeles Clippers in the NBA. He is currently playing his 12th season and has been a seven times NBA All-Star and a member of the NBA All-Star team six times. He was selected by the Indiana Pacers as the 10th overall choice in the 2010 NBA Draft. Nicknamed “PG-13” due to his size, talent, and athleticism is among the league's most gifted players. Early life

On May 2, 1990, PG was born in Palmdale, California. He played basketball in high school for Knight High School in Palmdale, where his senior year he averaged 23 points and 11 rebounds. In the 2010 NBA Draft, the Indiana Pacers picked Paul George as the 10th overall choice. PG was selected for the NBA All-Rookie Second Team after a respectable rookie campaign. After making steady progress during his sophomore year, he finally found his stride in 2012–2013 thanks to a bigger offensive role. He received his first all-star selection and was named the NBA's Most Improved Player. PG led the Pacers to consecutive Eastern Conference Finals appearances in 2013 and 2014, earning spots on All-NBA Teams in both years.
