Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard

The 2022-2023 NBA season continues on Wednedsay, December 7th, with six teams set to take the court. Let's take a look at the strong parlay for tonight's action, featuring Damian Lillard, the Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat, Houston Rockets, and San Antonio Spurs.

NBA Parlay Leg #1: Damian Lillard Over 23.5 Points (-118)

Damian Lillard has been in and out of the lineup this season, as he has played in just 12 games. Furthermore, Lillard was forced to leave two of those games due to injury. In the ten games he started and completed, the Portland Trail Blazers star has scored at least 24 points six times.

In both games, where Lillard returned to action, he fell short of this number. In his second game back from his first injury, Lillard went for 26 points while shooting 50.0% from the field and from three-point range. In his prior meeting with the Denver Nuggets, Lillard finished with 31 points, shooting 62.5% from the field, 50.0% from three-point range, and 87.5% from the free-throw line. For the season, Lillard is averaging 25.8 points per game while shooting 42.3% from the field, 34.7% from three-point range, and 87.8% from the free-throw line. Look for Lillard to once again take advantage of Denver's poor defense by finishing with at least 24 points.

NBA Parlay Leg #2: Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat Under 212.5 Points (-110)

The Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat have been two of the top-nine defensive teams in the NBA this season. The Clippers rank fifth in both opponent points per game and defensive rating, while the Heat rank ninth in each category. Furthermore, the two teams have both ranked in the bottom-five of offensive production. While the Clippers rank 30th in points per game and 28th in offensive rating, Miami is not far behind, ranking 28th in points per game and 26th in offensive rating. Expect a defensive matchup in which the two teams combine to score 212 points or fewer.

NBA Parlay Leg #3: Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs Over 230 Points (-112)

Unlike the two teams above, the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs play little to no defense. The Rockets rank 28th in both opponent points per game and defensive rating, while the Spurs rank 30th in each category. While neither team has been particularly strong on the offensive end, neither side will face much defensive resistance. Look for the two teams with the worst record in the Western Conference to combine to score at least 231 points.
