Best NBA Player Props for today: Jordan Clarkson & More, November 4 | 2022-23 NBA Regular Season

Utah Jazz v New Orleans Pelicans
Jordan Clarkson of the Utah Jazz

There are 12 NBA games today, and there are plenty of player props to consider. Below, we'll look at the best player props to target available this Friday, November 4.

NBA Player Prop #1: Jordan Clarkson Over 18.5 Points (-108)

Jordan Clarkson has moved into the starting lineup this year as a result of the Jazz trading away four starters over the summer. Clarkson, the former Sixth Man of the Year, has gotten off to a nice start this season, currently averaging 17.1 points per game. Tonight though, Clarkson should surpass his average as he takes on his former team, the Los Angeles Lakers. The veteran guard had a one-off game versus the Nuggets, where he only tallied six points, which does weigh his season average down. Lately, though, he's scored 20+ in three of his past five games, so expect him to score 19 or more tonight, as there should be added incentive against his ex-team.

NBA Player Prop #2: Marcus Smart Over 15.5 Points & Rebounds (-115)

Marcus Smart, the league's reigning Defensive Player of the Year, has seen his offensive totals slip a bit from last season. Still, it's very early, and Smart is coming off a strong game versus the Cavs. In Wednesday's overtime loss, the Oklahoma State product recorded 16 points, six boards, and five dimes. Smart typically shows out in big games, and tonight, the Celtics take on the Bulls in a potential Eastern Conference Finals preview. Expect the Boston guard to chip in with his scoring and with his activity on the glass tonight.

NBA Player Prop #3: Mason Plumlee Over 11.5 Rebounds & Assists (-133)

Mason Plumlee isn't usually a stat sheet stuffer, but with the injuries piling up for the Hornets, they'll need to look for him to contribute more than normal. Plumlee is fresh off back-to-back double-doubles, and on the year, he's up at 7.9 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. While he can't be counted on to score consistently, he should see over 25 minutes, and he does set up his teammates quite often for a center. He's also grabbed 32 rebounds in his past three contests, so look for him to produce versus the Grizzlies tonight, given Charlotte's injury problems right now.
