Best NFL DFS Picks Sunday: Commanders vs. Giants-December 4 | 2022 NFL Regular Season

Houston Texans v New York Giants
Can Saquon Barkley lead the New York Giants to a victory over the Washington Commanders?

The Washington Commanders travel to face the New York Giants in a battle of NFC East rivals. The Commanders and Giants have playoff aspirations. The winner of this one will feel great about their chances, and the loser will be in trouble.

Best quarterback picks

Cash Games: Daniel Jones, QB, New York Giants (DraftKings $5.5K, FanDuel $7.2K)

Daniel Jones has enough ceiling due to his ability as a rusher. His passing ability, given the weapons, or lack thereof, around him, leaves much to be desired. Jones needs to tuck it and run 8-10 times in this one.

Tournaments: Taylor Heinicke, QB, Washington Commanders (Draftkings $5.1K, FanDuel $6.5K)

Taylor Heinicke continues to perform well, and Heinicke continues to lead the Washington Commanders to victories. The Commanders don't ask too much of Heinicke and run the ball a ton, so the QBs ceiling remains capped.

Best running back picks

Cash Games: Saquon Barkley, RB, New York Giants (DraftKings $8.2K, FanDuel $8.6K)

Saquon Barkley remains the same terrific talent we saw in the first half of the 2022 season. Teams are loading the box and making the Giants' passing game beat them. So far, the Giants have not been able to do so. Expect Barkley to see additional reinforcements along the front seven.

Tournament: Brian Robinson Jr., RB, Washington Commanders (DraftKings $5.3K, FanDuel $6.6K)

Brian Robinson Jr. has staked his claim on the lead-back role for the Commanders. Antonio Gibson remains in the mix and excels as a pass-catcher, but Robinson Jr. handles most of the running duties, specifically around the goal line.

Wide receivers and tight ends

Cash Games: Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington Commanders (DraftKings $5.8K, FanDuel $6.9K)

Terry McLaurin has had an up-and-down season but continues to show signs of life with Taylor Heinicke under center. The problem with McLaurin's DFS value is the Commanders continue to establish the run. For Scary Terry to hit his ceiling, he would need the opposition to push the action offensively. Good luck if you're expecting that result from the New York Giants.

Tournament: Darius Slayton, WR, New York Giants (DraftKings $5.1K, FanDuel $6.2K)

Darius Slayton has become the only receiving threat worth discussing for the New York Giants, as Kenny Golladay is a shell of his former self and is virtually non-existent. The Giants dealt the malcontent and oft-injured Kadarius Toney. Promising rookie receiver Wan'Dale Robinson is out for the season with an injury. Even TE Daniel Bellinger has dealt with injury issues. Darius Slayton is the last man standing for the New York Giants.
