Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans Match Details

Fixture: Indianapolis Colts @ Tennessee Titans

Date & Time: Sunday, October 23, 1:00 p.m. EDT

Venue: Nissan Stadium, Nashville, Tennessee

NFL Player Prop #1: Matt Ryan Over 22.5 Completions (+100)

Matt Ryan recorded a season-high 42 completions last week on 58 attempts in his team's win over the Jaguars. He now averages 28.3 completions and 42.2 attempts entering today's matchup. He's also recorded 26 or more completions in five of his six games this season. Looking at the Titans' defense, they currently allow 24.4 pass completions, and they allow the most passing yards per game.

Star running back Jonathan Taylor is expected to make his return this week, which means Ryan's completions will take a little hit, but he will likely attempt close to 40 passes and be around his season completion rate of about 67%. Expect Ryan to get to 23 completions, given his recent performances.

NFL Player Prop #2: Ryan Tannehill Under 216.5 Passing Yards (-113)

Ryan Tannehill has been a very reliable quarterback for quite a while now, but this year he averages just 193 passing yards per game. He tallied 181 last game, and he's finished at or below this figure in three of five games this season. The Colts' passing defense has been stellar recently, only allowing 188 yards through the air over their past three. The Titans have given running back Derrick Henry about 21 carries per game, which cuts into Tannehill's attempts. Expect the veteran QB to stay under 217 passing yards this afternoon against Indy's defense that held him to just 137 yards a few weeks ago.

NFL Player Prop #3: Alec Pierce Over 43.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Colts receiver Alec Pierce has recorded 49 or more receiving yards in each of his previous four contests. In Week 1 versus the Texans, he didn't record a single reception, but since then, he's averaged 67.8 receiving yards, including 80 against Tennessee back in Week 4. Pierce has also seen 16 targets over the last two weeks and reeled in 11 catches. Look for Matt Ryan and Pierce to link up enough quite a bit today against the worst-ranked passing defense in the NFL.
