Taylen Kinney, a four-star recruit in the Class of 2026, officially visited Louisville on Thursday and Friday.
Kinney shared pictures with a red background, posing with a Cardinals jersey and jacket on. He also posted photos with his family, including his sister, Emori, a 2030 prospect, his mother, Mikelle Gearding and his stepfather, Andrew Mitchell. Mitchell is an AAU coach, as well as Taylen's father, Chuck Kinney.
"Card nation wtw?? 🔴⚪️ #notcommitted," Taylen wrote on Instagram on Friday.
Kentucky and Louisville fans had conflicting reactions.
"Wrong Kentucky school bro," a fan wrote.
"Noooooo u should’ve went to Kentucky🤦🏾♂️," another fan wrote.

Wildcats fans also expressed that they want the four-star point guard to go to the "right place."
"❌❌❌," a fan page commented.
"You know the BBN is where you belong TK put those L’s down and come to the right place. 💙💙💙," a fan wrote.
Meanwhile, Cardinals fans were happy with the official visit and the possibility of Kinney committing to their team.
"IM LIKING THIS👀‼️," a fan said.
"Cmon brodie we need you 🙌🔥," another fan said.
Kinney has offers from other top programs like Arkansas, Ohio State, California, Texas and LSU, among others.
Taylen Kinney impresses at Adidas 3SSB as Alabama and Kentucky show interest
On May 17-19, four-star point guard Taylen Kinney impressed at the Adidas 3SSB Spring Sessions II in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Representing Wildcat Select 17U, he delivered standout performances that drew attention from top programs and coaches, including Alabama and Kentucky.
Kinney is the No. 16 prospect in the country, the No. 3 point guard in the 2026 class and the No. 2 prospect in Georgia, according to 247Sports.
He kicked off the weekend strong during Wildcat Select’s 80-68 win over the Atlanta Celtics on May 16. The next day, Kinney and his team suffered a 60-58 loss to the Washington Warriors, their first defeat of the circuit. However, they bounced back with an 83-69 victory over Beauchamp Elite. They closed the weekend on May 18 with a 69-59 victory over Dreamvision.
Following the Iowa session, Wildcat Select is 7-1 and second in the Superstar B Division.
According to On3, there is a 25.8% chance that Kinney commits to Kentucky. He has unofficially visited the Wildcats five times.
