In Sean "Diddy" Combs’ sex trafficking trial, the rapper's ex-girlfriend returned to the stand on Friday. On June 5, Combs’ former partner, testifying under the pseudonym "Jane," shared how her relationship with Combs began, expressing that she initially admired him. She later gave a graphic description of “hotel nights,” during which she felt pressured to have sex with other men to please Combs.

As per CNN, on June 6, the court was presented with a video recording of a conversation between Jane, Combs, and another man during what she described as a "hotel night." In the recording, Jane is heard asking another man to use protection; however, Combs reportedly objected. U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey asked her why she didn't insist on it, to which she replied:
"Combs would be unhappy."
When asked why such recordings existed, Jane claimed
"Because Sean liked recording me and the entertainers."
As reported by ABC News, Jane testified that these encounters typically involved multiple rounds with Combs and the male entertainer. She alleged that she would often take a shower before being expected to resume.
Per her testimony, a "hotel night" comprised three rounds of this type of sexual encounter. The report from the outlet stated that Jane further claimed that Combs used to decide when to stop, even when she was visibly exhausted
“I would give subtle cues that I was tired, and I would say I was hungry or I would lay down or I would just come in and give him little faces. He would say ‘You’re not getting tired on me. Let’s finish strong,” Jane testified.
Jane gave a detailed account of "hotel nights" in her testimony against Diddy
As per ABC News, Sean Diddy Combs' former partner recalled two incidents when she cried after these "hotel nights," during her testimony. The first instance took place during their early phase of the relationship when she expected a one-on-one date night with Diddy. However, she ended up having three sexual encounters that night with another man, and Combs allegedly told her that he had to leave.
“Three rounds with this guy and I just remember Sean standing up to leave. And I was just so high and just feeling so lonely and sad and why would he leave me like that,” Jane testified.
She further told that Combs didn't care about her crying.
“He said, ‘Are you crying’ and almost looked disgusted with my face,” she added.
She also described a second time when she cried, explaining she had been under the influence and was sharing a shower with Combs following an encounter involving another man.
CNN reported that she testified in court that after these "hotel nights," she would return home with Combs, cook for him, and massage him, and then go to sleep.
As per the Washington Post, Jane read aloud a text message she sent to Diddy in 2023, in which she expressed her distress and requested Combs to stop these "hotel nights." The message read:
“Ever since I opened Pandora’s box I’ve never been able to close it. I’m so much more than being loved in the dark in hotel rooms doing things that make me feel disgusted.”
NBC further reported, Jane told the court that she had to resort to drugs to get through these nights.
"When I wouldn’t [use], it would just feel too real," Jane said.
She also claimed that the longest "hotel night" lasted for approximately three to three and a half days at the time of New Year's Eve in 2022.
According to USA Today, Jane claimed that Combs invited an "entertainer" for her birthday in 2023, although she wanted to spend the day with him alone. She further claimed that other men reportedly joined, and the evening again included activity she found distressing, which Diddy allegedly watched until morning.
Jane, a single mother, entered a romantic relationship with Diddy in 2020. Her testimony is considered critical in this ongoing trial and will continue for another couple of days. Yesterday, the U.S. prosecutor stated that the direct examination would likely wrap up on Monday, after which the defense is expected to begin cross-examination.
