On Tuesday, June 10, Fat Joe and Jadakiss addressed the ongoing Cardi B and Offset drama on an episode of their podcast, Joe and Jada. Reacting to the news of Offset asking Cardi for spousal support in the wake of their divorce, Fat Joe said:
"What do you think about a man asking a woman to pay their bills after they break up?... You can't be a rap star asking for somebody to pay your bills, right?"

The discussion comes weeks after court documents obtained by TMZ revealed that Offset filed an amended divorce response in May 2025, requesting that his ex-wife pay spousal support, but did not specify an amount in his filing. Besides the new clause for spousal support, the rest of the request remains unchanged, including Cardi B's house serving as their children's primary residence, with Offset only seeking joint custody.
Per TMZ, the new response is the first legal filing made in the couple's divorce proceedings since Offset responded to Cardi's divorce filing (on February 28, 2025). The Bodak Yellow rapper was pregnant with her third child at the time, giving birth to a daughter a month later (on September 7, 2024).
Cardi B responded to Offset's request for spousal support in an X Spaces rant
In response to Offset's amended filing for spousal support, Cardi B slammed him in an X Spaces chat (on May 30). The Bongos rapper told Offset:
"You such a f**king pu**y a** n***a,” she continued. “Word to my mother, I want you to die, but I want you to die f**king slow. When you die, I want you to die slow in the bed. And when you die, n***a, you gotta think of me."
Cardi then revealed that she amended her divorce filing to not request child support from the Migos rapper, as she wanted "to be done with this marriage." Then, highlighting Offset's scarce presence in their children's lives since the proceedings began, Cardi B continued:
"[Offset] is allowed to see my kids. He stood up my kids three times. He has seen Blossom only like five times. And I’ve been trying to save your face... Stop playing."
In the chat, the WAP rapper went on to allege that Offset hadn't seen their kids in more than two months, with the family last uniting at Kody's birthday in March. For the unversed, Kody Cephus is Offset's son with his ex-girlfriend, Oriel Jamie.
Cardi added that Offset had an issue with meeting their kids in a hotel room after she asked him not to visit them at their New Jersey house.
Cardi B and Offset got married secretly in September 2017 and share three children - Kulture Kiari Cephus (born in 2018), Wave Set Cephus (born in 2021), and Blossom Cephus (born in 2024). Offset also has three more children from his previous relationships.
While her divorce from Offset is yet to be finalized, Cardi B appears to have moved on and has been spotted with her rumored boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, in public multiple times since May 2025.
